Warren mayor to address state of the city today
Mayor Doug Franklin will deliver his third annual State of the City address this afternoon. Franklin is expected to discuss the status of the economy in the city and upcoming capital improvement projects.

The event takes place at 5:30 p.m. in city council chambers, immediately following a Community Needs Survey presentation that begins at 5:00 p.m.
The Community Needs Survey will give residents the opportunity to provide feedback that will shape the 2015-2019 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan.
