YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Residents of a West Side neighborhood may have been stirred from their sleep by some police activity outside their homes early Tuesday.
Shortly after midnight, Youngstown Police and Troopers from the Ohio Highway Patrol caught up with a man who led cruisers on a chase after he refused to be pulled over.
Authorities say that twenty-three-year-old Brandon Clinkscale took refuge on South Belle Vista Avenue in the home of an acquaintance.
Clinkscale eventually surrendered. He's charged with failure to comply with the order of a police officer, obstructing official business, driving under suspension and reckless operation.
