NILES, Ohio - Three teens and one adult accused of torching a concession stand at McKinley Stadium are also accused of breaking into another school building in Niles.

Police say the four not only set fire to the stand earlier this month, but also allege that they broke into an outbuilding at Niles Middle School on Brown Street that same night.

Bond was set at $25,000 for Ricky Mohn who appeared in Niles Municipal Court for a video arraignment Monday morning.

In addition to the arson charge filed in Niles Municipal Court, Mohn faces two counts of breaking and entering and three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Niles police also say that charges of arson and two counts of breaking and entering have been filed in Trumbull County Family Court against, Brandon Swiger,16, of Niles, Desmond Behner,17, of Warren, and Zachary Robinson, 15, of Warren.

Although the fire destroyed the stand, dubbed the Dragon Wagon and about $5,000 worth of merchandise inside, Booster Club members set up a temporary tent at the Niles Dragon's home football opener on Thursday to sell donated hats and tee-shirts.
