HERMITAGE, Pa. - The Aldi store in Hermitage is scheduled to open again next month following a nearly two month closure for remodeling.

Company officials say they plan to hold a ribbon-cutting event when the store at 2909 East State Street opens again on October 5.

The store has been closed since August 10, when work began on a face lift that includes a roomier, more modern look according to a news release.

The grand re-opening ceremony, which starts a 8:45 a.m., will include a giveaway and Produce for a Year Sweepstakes.
