Suspected Cleveland bank robber arrested in Warren after police chase
A suspect in at least one Cleveland bank robbery was arrested Thursday evening after leading police to a home in Warren. According to the Cleveland division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a U.S. Bank branch on Puritas Drive in Cleveland was robbed at around 4 p.m. the same afternoon. The suspect reportedly fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.

WARREN, Ohio - A suspect in at least one Cleveland bank robbery was arrested Thursday evening after leading police to a home in Warren.
According to the Cleveland division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, a U.S. Bank branch on Puritas Drive in Cleveland was robbed at around 4 p.m. the same afternoon.
The suspect reportedly fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
Initial reports indicate that the suspect was pursued by officers from several agencies, including the FBI, to a home on the 600 block of Paige Avenue in Warren.
At one point agencies surrounded the home on Paige Avenue. However, FBI spokespersons say a suspect, identified as a Fred Correa, was taken into custody without incident.
Investigators say Correa will be transported back to the Cleveland FBI office for processing.
The following agencies were involved in the pursuit and/or apprehension of the suspected bank robber: Cleveland Division of the FBI, Cleveland Police Department, Geauga County Sheriff's Office, Warren Police Department and Ohio Highway Patrol.
