AT&T outage restored to Valley customers

Officials with AT&T said an outage affecting customers in areas west of Youngstown has been restored.

Officials with AT&T said an outage affecting customers in areas west of Youngstown has been restored.

They said a contractor working for the city caused a fiber cut that cut off landline services for customers Tuesday and technicians from AT&T were at the site working to fix it.l
