Youngstown Police say they found a man defecating in the doorway of a building in full view of the public.

Police charged Jamal Ceasar, 36, for public indecency Friday just after 2 p.m. after the incident on the 100 block of West Commerce Street.
According to the report, the police chief spotted Ceasar in the act while driving northbound on Hazel Street.
Police say they saw the man with his pants all the way down and defecating on the sidewalk.
In the report, police say Ceasar was in full view of the public and pedestrians around the area.
Police ultimately told him to clean the area and issued him the citation.
Ceasar will appear in court on Monday for the charge.
