Police are investigating the Saturday night shooting of a Case Western University student.

Police are investigating the Saturday night shooting of a Case Western Reserve University student.
According to a security alert from the University, an undergraduate student was shot in the torso on Murray Hill Road, near the South Residential Village.
The school has issued a statement on their Facebook page saying that the victim is in stable condition and successfully made it out of surgery.
The Facebook page also states that the University Circle police officers and additional local law enforcement arrested two suspects after one of them exchanged gunfire with police.
The University's most recent update says that guidance will be provided to students in the wake of the shooting.
