COLUMBUS, Ohio - A man who runs family-owned grocery stores in the Valley has now been sworn-in to a four-year term in the Ohio Senate.
Michael Rulli on Monday was sworn in by Ohio Supreme Court Justice, Judith L. French, to represent Ohio's 33rd Senate District.
During the ceremony, Rulli was accompanied by his wife Kelly and two children.
The Republican from Salem, who is the Director of Operations for the Rulli Bros. Markets, defeated Democrat John Boccieri in the race to represent the district which includes all of Columbiana and Mahoning counties.
