YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Struthers woman faces forty-two felony charges after being indicted by the Mahoning County Grand Jury on Thursday.

Thirty-seven-year-old Tiffany Rodriguez faces twenty-one counts each of deception to obtain a dangerous drug and illegal processing of drug documents.

All of the charges are felonies of the fifth degree.

According to the indictment, Rodriguez "did intentionally make, utter, or sell, or knowingly possess a false or forged prescription".

The indictment accuses Rodriguez of illegally using the prescriptions to obtain Tramadol, a schedule IV controlled substance.

Tramadol is listed as a synthetic opioid used to treat chronic pain.

According to the indictment, Rodriguez obtained the pills at least once a month from February 2015 through March 2016.

In several cases, the indictment accuses Rodriguez of getting the pills twice in one month.

Rodriguez has not yet been booked into the Mahoning County Jail. A warrant has been issued for her arrest.
