A 29-year-old Niles woman has admitted that she's been involved in acts of prostitution for nearly half of her life, according to an Austintown Police report.
Police arrested the woman of Youngstown-Warren Road in Austintown late Tuesday following an undercover prostitution sting.
According to the police report, an undercover officer responding to a post on a website that advertises escort services was promised unprotected sex for $120.
Police say they arrested the woman when she arrived at the room on 76 Drive.
Officers say she had a crack pipe, a condom, and a cell phone that revealed what the report characterized as “a large amount of of prostitution activity, including the conversation with undercover officers.”
Police say the 29-year-old woman told them that she has been involved in prostitution since she was fifteen years old.
The report says she was referred to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force to provide her with assistance.
The woman pleaded not guilty to charges of soliciting, possessing criminal tools, and drug paraphernalia.
She had another hearing in July, where she plead guilty and was sentenced to probation and was fined $150.
Police say 49-year-old Mike Milone of Niles admitted driving the woman to 76 Drive, but denied knowing that she was involved in prostitution.
Milone was cited for driving with a suspended license.
