Struthers man accused of abusing twin boys arraigned

A Struthers man who's accused of abusing his eight-week-old twin boys appeared in court Tuesday for his arraignment.

MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - A Struthers man, who is accused of abusing his eight-week-old twin boys, appeared in court Tuesday for his arraignment.

Robert Ward was indicted on two charges of endangering children after the infant boys were admitted to Akron Children's Hospital.

The hospital found both had multiple bone fractures.

Ward is the son of triple-murder-suspect Robert Seman, who committed suicide by jumping from the fourth-floor balcony at the Mahoning County Courthouse just days before his trial was set to begin.
