Thursday will feature showers and potentially stronger thunderstorms starting in the early afternoon. The threat for severe weather will diminish after 6 PM. 

The main impacts will be damaging winds hail and flash flooding. High temperatures Thursday will reach the upper 80s and it will remain muggy.

Friday will kick off a four day stretch of dry days. Friday will also be less humid and feature a high temperature in the upper 70s.

The heat and humidity makes a comeback starting early next week with back to back days in the 90s.
