State Troopers are investigating a fatal tanker truck accident on Route 11 in Ashtabula County.

PLYMOUTH TWP., Ohio - State Troopers are investigating a fatal tanker truck accident on Route 11 in Ashtabula County.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol says one person died when a truck rolled over into the median of Route 11 between the City of Ashtabula and Interstate 90 at around 4:30 a.m. Wednesday near the Seven Hills Road Interchange. The victim has not been identified.
The Ohio Department of Transportation shut down Route 11 in both directions between Seven Hills and State Route 84 just east of the City of Ashtabula for several hours. Route 11 has since reopened.
Although a placard on the tanker identified the liquid as hazardous, first responders determined that inhaling the fumes did not pose a risk to the public.
