A Youngstown man is free on a $50,000 bond after appearing in court to answer allegations that he supplied drugs that caused the overdose death of an Austintown man.

Michael McCullough appeared in court Tuesday after his arrest on a secret indictment charging him with involuntary manslaughter, corrupting another with drugs, and trafficking in fentanyl and heroin.

According to the indictment, McCullough provided Fentanyl to 40-year-old Damian St. John who died from a drug overdose on June 27.

McCullough will be back in court at a later date.
