YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Halloween is still a few days away, but trick or treaters are already cashing in on candy in Youngstown.
On Monday night, Crossroads Church held a Trunk or Treat event in the Saxon Club parking lot on Meridian Road.
Participants decorated their cars and handed out candy to the kids.
Some parents say they find events like this can be a safe and easy alternative to trick or treating in neighborhoods.
