MAHONING COUNTY, Ohio - 21 News Chief Meteorologist Eric Wilhelm gave a look at what people can expect this winter on Monday night.
He gave the talk at the Mahoning County Ohio State University Extension Office.
During the event, he talked with local landscapers about what they can expect this upcoming winter season.
He also talked about how the season would compare to last year.
