The Howland boys soccer team lost to Tippecanoe 1-0 in the Division II State Championship game in Columbus.

The Red Devils scored the only goal at 67:33 mark of the second half.

The Tigers were trying to become the first Trumbull County team to win a boy's soccer state crown and the school's first state championship.

Howland finishes the season 20-1-1 and Tippecanoe 22-0
