YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - US Marshals arrested one of the top five fugitives in the Youngstown area Friday.
Marshals say 24-year-old Amber Fleece was arrested at a home on Homestead Avenue on the city's south side.
Fleece was named one of the top five most wanted in the area two weeks ago.
She was indicted in October on charges of trafficking in heroin, trafficking in cocaine, aggravated possession of drugs, and aggravated trafficking in drugs.
