Mercer County, Pa. - Pennsylvania State Police have cited a Mercer County bar for violating health orders.
According to the release, the Mustang Bar in Mercer was cited for not providing or not requiring workers or customers to wear face masks while entering, exiting or moving through the establishment.
Bars and restaurants cited could face penalties between $50-$1,000 for minor offenses and up to $5,000 for more serious offenses.
The Administrative Law Judge can also impose a license suspension or revocation based on the severity of the charge.
