WARREN, Ohio - The Warren Police Department is asking for the communities help with identifying multiple suspects captured on video stealing tools from the Lowe's located at 940 Niles-Cortland Road.

The first suspect was captured on video surveillance stealing tools on October 15th.

The suspect is a white male, wearing a red Echo t-shirt, red stocking cap and blue jeans.

The second suspect was captured on video surveillance stealing tools on October 13th.

The suspect is a black male, approximately 6’0” tall wearing a white, grey and black jacket and tan pants.

The third suspect was captured on video surveillance stealing tools on October 1st.

The suspect is a white male, approximately 6’0” tall wearing an orange hooded pullover that has the City Concrete decal on the back of it.
