Leetonia police looking for man wanted for abduction, rape

The Leetonia Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for abduction, rape and assault.

LEETONIA, Ohio - The Leetonia Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating a man wanted for abduction, rape and assault.

Police said they received a report on Wednesday, December 23 that 29-year-old Jonathan Paul Cunning allegedly abducted, raped and assaulted a 29-year-old woman.

Police said it happened on the 400 block of Somer Street.

Cunning is facing felony charges and is reported to be armed.

Police describe Cunning as 5'7" and 180 lbs.
