STRUTHERS, Ohio - The Mahoning County Coroner's Office has released the details of a deadly crash in Struthers on January 17. 

Investigators said 60-year-old Darlene Evans died of blunt force injuries when the car she was driving went off Poland Avenue at a high rate of speed and struck a home at around 3:30 a.m.

Evans was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene. 

The coroner's report indicates that Evans had acute alcohol and cocaine in her system at the time of death. 

The report also detailed that Evans suffered blunt force injuries to the head, torso and upper and lower extremities after the crash. 

No one in the home was injured.
