NESHANNOCK TWP., Lawrence Co. Pa. - Charges are pending after a Salem man was allegedly involved in a car crash.

The collision happened Saturday around 3 a.m. on I-376 West in Neshannock Township.

According to the release, Pennsylvania State Police found a disabled motorist in that area.

Reports say 57-year-old Paul Pulium of Salem was in the second car at the scene and exhibited signs of intoxication.

State police say Pulium was placed under arrest for suspicion of DUI and refused to have blood drawn at the scene.

Pulium was taken to PSP New Castle.
