NILES, Ohio - There's a big weekend coming up for movie fans in Niles.

Regal announced that the Niles location, Regal Boulevard Centre at the Eastwood Mall, will start showing movies starting Friday, May 14. 

Regal theaters around the Valley including Cinema South in Boardman and Boulevard Centre were temporarily closed back in October due to the pandemic and a shortage of movies. 

However, moviegoers will still have to abide by pandemic restrictions such as wearing facial coverings and social distancing in the lobby, at concessions and in theaters.

Regal Cinema South on South Avenue has yet to reopen its doors.
