BOARDMAN, Ohio - Boardman Police have issued a BOLO alert for a missing 13-year-old.

According to the release, Zaharah Carson ran away from her home on Shields Road on July 4th at 11 p.m.

Police say Carson had her sister's cell phone when she left the home.

Carson is described as an African American female with black and red-dyed hair.

She is 5'4" and weighs 135 pounds.

Carson was last seen wearing a grey hoodie with Marilyn Monroe on it.
