Shenango Township motorcycle crash leaves one dead, one critical
The crash happened shortly after 6 p.m. in the East bound lane of the Route 422 bypass.

SHENANGO TOWNSHIP, Lawrence Co., Pa. - A motorcycle crash Friday evening in Shenango Township in Lawrence County has left one dead and another in critical condition.
The crash happened shortly after 6 p.m. in the East bound lane of the Route 422 bypass.
One person was pronounced dead at the scene.
The other victim was flown by medical helicopter to a Youngstown hospital. The Shenango Fire Chief says the person is in critical condition.
Police say that the motorcycle hit the guard rail and ended up in the median approximately one mile east of the Martha Street overpass.
Pennsylvania State Police are currently investigating the cause of the accident.
