The time of day is not typical for the majority of shootings and murders in the city.
"It's unusual to get this type of altercation in broad daylight, you know certainly in this part of town, we don't get rapid gunfire out here, and multiple casings," emphasized Captain Foley.

A car with its window shot out and shattered glass on the ground was visible. Nearby was a baby stroller and some kid's bikes.
As heat radiated off shell casing that littered the street, the hunt was on to question a man seen fleeing the scene.
Police caught him a few blocks away and took him to the hospital after he complained of stomach pains.
The condition of the two victims is unknown at this time.
