YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Perogi lovers are in for a treat as PolishYoungstown Inc. holds its 7th annual National Perogi Day on October 8th.

The event will take place at Kravitz Deli (3135 Belmont Avenue in Youngstown) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Kravitz will be offering dine-in or pick-up of a variety of pierogi as well as other Polish foods.

Pierogi flavors include potato and cheese, kraut, mushroom, sweet cheese and reuben.

PolishYoungstown will celebrate its 13th anniversary that evening with a Polish happy hour from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. featuring beer, pierogi, vodka and cake.

The group will also be selling 'got pierogi?' shirts at the event.
