A grand jury in Trumbull County has found enough evidence to put a Warren man on trial for two counts of arson.
Alonza McCall, 42, was also indicted on one count of domestic violence for allegedly trying to harm a family member on September 13, 2021
Around 2 a.m. fire was reported in a third-floor apartment in the ten-story high rise at 250 Tod Avenue.
Investigators believe that the fire was set by McCall following a domestic dispute.
When officers arrived, they found the apartment filled with so much smoke they couldn't see.
Police used fire extinguishers on the flames and the building's sprinkler system also went off.
