Suspect in First National Bank robbery arrested
Police say they located the suspected vehicle used in the robbery, a silver 2006 Cadillac at approximately 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.

YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - The suspect of a robbery that took place at First National Bank in downtown Youngstown on Monday, Nov. 22 was located and arrested by the Youngstown Police Department on Thursday.
Police say they located the vehicle used in the robbery, a silver 2006 Cadillac at approximately 4:00 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
Officers stopped the vehicle at Lansdowne and McCartney Rd. and apprehended the driver, Phil Whitman Jr. (45) without incident.
Whitman was booked with charges of Aggravated Robbery, Theft and other miscellaneous charges.
Whitman will be arraigned in the Youngstown Municipal Court on Monday, Nov. 29.
