The Ohio State Highway Patrol took to the air to locate a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run crash resulting in serious injuries to two people in Bristol Township on New Year's Eve.

Troopers sent up a helicopter over the area of the accident Wednesday looking for a 2011 Ford F-150 pickup truck with front-end damage.

The crash occurred on Corey Hunt Road, and resulted in serious injuries in two people with one being flown to University Hospital in Cleveland with life-threatening injuries.  Troopers say the victims are no undergoing rehabilitation.

The crash remains under investigation by OSP and remains a priority.
