Stoops returning to coach in XFL in 2023

He also coached in the XFL in the pandemic shortened 2020 season.

Valley native Bob Stoops is returning to coach in the XFL in 2023.

The league resumes in 2023 and the coaches were announced on ESPN Wednesday morning.

Just which teams Stoops and the rest of the coaches are leading will be announced at a later date.

Joining Stoops as head coaches are: Wade Phillips, Jim Haslett, Hines Ward, Rod Woodson, Terrell Buckley, Reggie Barlow and Anthony Becht.
