CORTLAND, Ohio - A local Honda dealership has won two prestigious service awards.

Apostolakis Honda and Shenango Honda won the Customer Service Experience Award and the Fixed First Visit Award.

The Customer Service Experience Award is given to dealerships that have a 91% or higher overall customer service score.

The Fixed First Visit Award is given to dealerships that excel in customer satisfaction and retention by getting it right the first time.
