YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - A Youngstown woman is accused of setting her house on fire after an argument with her mother late Tuesday morning.

According to a police report from YPD, the incident happened at a home on the 500 block of West Myrtle Avenue. Police received a call about a woman identified as 25-year-old Keshaydeea Williams setting a house on fire.

Police located Williams walking at the intersection of Edwards and Marion and took her into custody.

Williams' mother told police that the two were arguing earlier in the morning, and eventually, Williams was asked to leave the home, which she repeatedly refused.

Police say Williams eventually ripped the curtains off the dining room window and threw them on the stove, igniting a gulf of flames in the kitchen. Everyone inside was able to escape from the home.

After this, police say Williams went outside the home and started busting windows with a piece of broken concrete.

Williams was transported to the Mahoning County Jail where she is charged with seven counts of aggravated arson and seven counts of domestic violence.

She is scheduled to be arraigned on these charges Youngstown Municipal Court on Wednesday at 1:30 p.m.
