YOUNGSTOWN - Flames roared through a more than century-old brick duplex on Youngstown's Northside early Monday

A caller reported the fire shortly before 4 a.m. on Florist Avenue, just west of Logan Avenue.

The fire spread rapidly, and more Youngstown fire crews were called in as an ambulance stood by at the scene.

The first call to 911 indicated that people may be inside the home. However, investigators say everyone got out unharmed.

According to property records, the home was built in 1917.

Power was shut off to the entire street while the fire department conducted its investigation.
