Mahoning Library fundraiser with author best-selling author David Baldacci set for September
The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County Literary Society's fundraiser is bringing the author of nearly 50 books, including 'Absolute Power,' a 1996 novel that was made into Clint Eastwood film, and has sold more than 150 million copies of his body of work.
Tickets are on sale for the September 21 author David Baldacci event at the Main Library, 305 Wick Ave. in Youngstown.
An opening reception will start at 6 p.m. Tickets are $150 and include an opening reception with the author, a seated dinner, a presentation and Q&A with the Baldacci, and book signing.
Tickets can also be purchased by check and mailed to The Public Library of Youngstown and Mahoning County, Attn: Development Office, 305 Wick Ave., Youngstown, OH 44503.
Proceeds from the event will benefit the Library Foundation Literacy programs, future author events, and the Carol A. Bacon Fund.
