Martin Luther King Boulevard is closed near the 1300 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard after two cars collided with each other.

The road is closed between North Worthington Avenue and Superior Street.

Youngstown emergency services responded to reports of an accident with possible entrapment near the Rescue Mission of Mahoning Valley around 4:30 p.m.

According to officials on scene two people have been taken to the hospital, however it is unclear at this time what their conditions are.

The cause of the accident is still being investigated.
