YOUNGSTOWN -  A Youngstown woman was jailed on the same day authorities announced that a reward was being offered for information leading to her arrest.

U.S. Marshals named twenty-year-old Phil-Lysha Cummings as the Fugitive of the Week on Monday morning. Later that day she was booked into the Mahoning County Jail.

Cummings is suspected of firing several shots at a vehicle in December as she was arguing with the driver. She also attempted to prevent him from leaving by blocking his vehicle before opening fire, according to police.

Cummings is charged with improperly discharging a firearm into a habitation, and discharging a firearm on or near a road. She was also wanted for failing to appear in court on other charges.
