Wampum man indicted for producing, possessing child sexual abuse material
According to the release, 21-year-old Thomas Hyatt-Baney of Wampum is accused of producing sexual material of a juvenile on or about May 28 and June 25, 2023.

A Lawrence County man has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges related to sexual material involving a minor.
According to the release, 21-year-old Thomas Hyatt-Baney of Wampum is accused of producing sexual material of a juvenile on or about May 28 and June 25, 2023.
Hyatt-Baney is also charged with possessing videos and images depicting the sexual exploitation of minors, some of whom were under the age of 12, on September 9, 2023.
If convicted, Hyatt-Baney would receive a sentence of at least 15 years in prison, a $750,000 fine, or both.
Hyatt-Baney faces charges of production of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor and possession of material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor.
