Showers and storms will return to the forecast on Monday. An isolated shower will be possible during the morning commute, with rain chances higher around midday as a cold front approaches the area. A stronger thunderstorm cannot be ruled out during that time.

Any leftover raindrops will come to an end this evening, with skies turning partly cloudy overnight. Skies will continue to clear out Tuesday morning, and most of the day will see mostly sunny skies. High temperatures will be around average in the mid-60s.

More sunshine is in the forecast for Wednesday, with highs returning to the low 70s. Warmer air will continue to push in on Thursday with highs near 80 degrees in some locations with a mix of sun and clouds.

Skies will turn mostly cloudy on Friday with a chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms. Showers will taper off early Saturday morning, with more seasonable air moving in for next weekend.
