He's already behind bars charged with one homicide in Warren.

Now, Columbus police are charging Jason Howard with four additional counts of murder.

They believe he killed Jameila West and her three children.

Their bodies were found in a Columbus home by their Warren family members who drove to check on them after they had not heard from them in days.

Howard is being held in a Warren jail charged with the murder of Phillip Dally, plus the shooting of two other men in separate incidents.
