The son of Mahoning County Juvenile Court Judge Theresa Dellick has been sent back to jail for a probation violation.

21-year-old John Dellick, who was placed on probation last year after being convicted of assault, was arrested by the Ohio Adult Parole Authority and booked into the Mahoning County jail on Friday.

Authorities would not release specifics of the alleged parole violation.

In October, 2013 Dellick rammed his jeep into another vehicle during a road rage incident on Route 224 in Canfield.

Three months before that, Dellick's former girlfriend told police that he assaulted her outside a Canfield pizza shop.

The Mahoning County Grand Jury indicted Dellick on nine charges including assault, ethnic intimidation, aggravated menacing, abduction and kidnapping.

Dellick pleaded guilty in December of 2014 to one count of aggravated assault and one count of assault.

Two months later a visiting judge placed Dellick on probation for 18 months and ordered that he perform 160 hours of community service.

A probable cause hearing has been scheduled for Dellick on Monday in Mahoning County Common Pleas Court.
