Sharon man sentenced to up to 15 years for aggravated assault in murder trial
The presiding Judge Ronald D. Amrhein Jr. sentenced Phillips to 6 to 15 years in prison with credit for 355 days already served in Mercer County Jail. He is also sentenced to pay $6,500 in restitution to the victims.
