YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Youngstown may be getting some new grocery stores, four of them in fact.
According to our print partner, The Vindicator, a supermarket chain is looking to build a full service grocery store in the old Cleveland School on West Princeton.
The same chain will also open another market in the former Big Lots store on East Midlothian and is looking at two additional sites on the east and north sides of town.
Citing documents filed with the city planning commission, The Vindicator reports the name on the application is Bottom Dollar Food, a subsidiary of Food Lion which operates 12 hundred stores in 11 states.
