AUSTINTOWN, Ohio- A former Austintown police dispatcher won't serve jail time for a crime he committed.

AUSTINTOWN, Ohio- A former Austintown police dispatcher won't serve jail time for a crime he committed.
Joseph Marscio was found guilty of misusing the police departments law enforcement computer system on nearly 70 occasions to obtain vehicle owner information.
On Wednesday, a judge placed him on one-year probation and ordered him to pay all court costs.
Marscio was fired after ten years as a township dispatcher.
