Founders of the former non- profit organization Angel Food Ministries now face federal charges.

The agency closed its doors back in September.

Joseph, Linda and Andrew Wingo as well as Harry Michaels have been indicted by a federal grand jury.

According to the indictment, the four face 49 counts including theft from an organization, receiving federal funds and interstate transportation of stolen property.
