STRUTHERS, Ohio - Autopsy results show that the body pulled from the Mahoning River over the weekend is that of 28-year-old Jonathan Rosas, a man who had been reported missing since last December.

The body was found floating on the south bank of the Mahoning River by two fisherman.

Police and family had been on the lookout for Rosas, originally from Puerto Rico, who was visiting family and friends in Youngstown. Rosas was last seen on December 20th of last year and had asked to borrow a white van owned by his friend Jose Morales.

Morales eventually found the van parked at 1355 Himrod Avenue later that day. Rosas was nowhere to be found.

The 5'7", 160 pound man was reported to have had a drug problem by his friends and family who suspected he had left to find drugs.

According to the coroner, the autopsy revealed no apparent trauma on the remains but the cause and manner of death is still under investigation.
