MERCER, Pennsylvania - A federal indictment unsealed on Monday accuses a Mercer man of four counts of producing child pornography.

Fifty-four-year-old Earl D. Weaver is charged with enticing four children into sexually explicit conduct and taking photographs or videos from June 4th 2011 through July 23, 2011.

Warner remains jailed in Mercer County. That's where he's been since his arrest April 9th on state charges, including unlawful contact with a minor and four other child sex-related charges.
