YOUNGSTOWN, Ohio - Bond is set at 750 thousand dollars for a Youngstown man accused of gunning down a man on the city's south side earlier this month.

Twenty-six-year-old Walter Drake was arraigned on a murder charge in municipal court Friday afternoon.

Investigators say he fatally shot 24-year-old Dion Weatherspoon at a home on Hilton Avenue last week.

Police say the shooting followed an argument between the men.
